1. Acceptance of Terms

These c9bet terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and c9bet ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you begin using any part of the website or services offered by c9bet.

Continued use of the c9bet platform after any amendments to the terms are published means you accept and agree to the latest version of this Agreement. You are therefore advised to review this page from time to time to ensure you remain compliant with the latest terms.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use c9bet services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 21 years and above on the date of account registration.
• Located in a jurisdiction that permits online gambling activities.
• Not declared legally incompetent or incapacitated.
• Not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion programme voluntarily declared.
• Using personal funds obtained lawfully and not belonging to a third party.

c9bet reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and may request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport. Accounts that fail to complete this verification process may be temporarily suspended or terminated.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Registering more than one account, whether using a different name, mobile number, email or IP address for the purpose of bypassing rules or obtaining multiple bonuses, is a serious violation of these terms.

User Responsibilities During Registration

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the registration process is true, accurate and up to date. This includes full name as per MyKad, mobile number, email address and bank account details used for deposits and withdrawals.

Users are also fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. c9bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in managing their login credentials.

4. Deposits and Payments

c9bet supports a range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods. No processing fee is charged by c9bet for standard deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges that are beyond c9bet's control.

Deposit Verification

All deposits are subject to standard security checks. c9bet reserves the right to request proof of payment or additional identity verification before approving any deposit deemed to require further review. This is done solely to protect the security of user accounts.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal allowed is RM50. All withdrawal requests that are successfully verified will be processed within one hour. c9bet does not charge any processing fee for standard withdrawals.

Users may only withdraw funds to the same account or payment method used for deposit, except in certain circumstances that require special approval from the c9bet team. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect all parties.

Bonus Withdrawal Terms

Bonus funds and winnings obtained through bonuses may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been fully met. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus giving a balance of RM200, you need to complete a total wager of RM1,500 (RM100 × 15) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus

The c9bet welcome bonus provides a 100% match on the first deposit up to RM300. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value. As a further example, if you deposit RM800, the bonus received is RM300 (the maximum), bringing the total balance to RM1,100, and the wagering requirement to be met is RM4,500 (RM300 × 15).

VIP Programme

c9bet VIP members enjoy weekly cashback based on their membership tier. There are five (5) VIP tiers, namely Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate varies by tier — from up to 0.2% for Bronze up to 0.8% for Diamond. VIP tier advancement depends on overall betting performance.

c9bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse promotions, including opening multiple accounts, will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

7. Game Rules

c9bet is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to understand the game rules. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the c9bet system's decision is final.

8. Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c9bet platform and may result in permanent suspension or termination of your account:

• Placing colluded bets with other users to manipulate the system.
• Using false information or falsified identity verification documents.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

c9bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if there is sufficient reason to believe that the user has violated any part of these terms.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, c9bet may hold the account balance until the investigation is complete. If a violation is proven, c9bet reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance in that account, including deposits and accumulated winnings.

Account Closure at User Request

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the c9bet support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable terms, subject to all wagering conditions having been met.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, c9bet is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Loss of data or account information due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses arising from betting or game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

11. Amendment of Terms

12. Governing Law

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed void only to the extent of its invalidity, while the remaining provisions of this agreement continue in full force and effect.
